"The room was cold and clean. I had everything I needed. The breakfast items were delicious and I was perfectly located close to all amenities. "

"The front desk services was bad. The toilet throughout the hotel will not flush without having to hold down the button for a while. The shower won’t drain so when you take a shower, you have 5 inches of water on your feet. The hot tube is broken. The exterior wall is cracking and breaking down. The list goes on. I usually don’t leave a bad review, but this was a bad hotel. One good point is that it is walking distance to the beach and the karaoke was fun."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was so nice after coming back from the beach. The location is perfect. The price was excellent considering location, cleanliness, large room size and price. The not so good, there was an odor in the room. We got use to it but when we’d leave and come back, we’d smell it again. The breakfast wasn’t great at all really and the coffee maker didn’t work. All very manageable things. Even with that said, we recommend this property and will consider staying again when we visit Port A! 🥰👙🌊☀️⛱️"

"Ver surprised at how big the cottage was. Only feedback I would say is to replace the queen with a king bed. Felt like a tiny bed in a big room. It was a tight squeeze with someone else in bed. "

"The staff was okay, but it felt uncomfortable at times as they would stop what they were doing and just stare when you walked into the main office. I would definitely recommend renting a car because there aren’t any nearby restaurants or a bar, so getting food requires driving or using delivery services. The property itself was pretty disappointing. The floors in the room did not feel clean, which made the stay less enjoyable. While the A/C worked well, the overall condition of the property was not great. The outside appearance looks very run-down, almost like an abandoned apartment complex. The check-in process is very minimal and done through a text message with a code and room number, which might not appeal to everyone. It felt more like a self-service setup where you’re expected to handle things like taking out your own trash and going to the main office for extra supplies like towels or trash bags. Overall, it didn’t feel like a relaxing vacation experience and lacked the comfort and convenience I was expecting."

"Jessie, a staff member here, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant, which turned out to be awesome. He brought us some coffee pods when our room wasn't cleaned because we stayed in the room after the hotel cleaning staff went home. The other staff members greeted us when we came in and left and were helpful. Out of all the times I have stayed at a hotel, Jessie stands out as one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members."
