"Room was fabulous, staff very friendly and helpful "

"We had a room on the interior of the 3rd floor so not much of a view but a large skylight with a motor driven shade. It was super cozy and very quiet, and very large. Well appointed with free waters and a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle (and caffeinated and decaf options for coffee and tea). Mini bar, but we didn’t use it. Shower was nice, though slightly hard to keep the water hot. The array for breakfast was so lovely and the staff there and in the hotel was very attentive! Fantastic location for restaurants and sight seeing. We would definitely come back (and we loved Krakow). "

"Great value hotel in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have it included but were able to get a discount for staying in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, didn’t use the kitchen facilities but all seemed good. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was located perfectly for us to get into the old quarter and to visit various places of interest. The breakfast was fantastic and on the day that we had to be up early for a tour, they made us a packed lunch to take away with us as we would miss breakfast, which was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Our thanks to all the hotel staff. "
