"Absolutely could not fault the staff. The room was clean and we enjoyed being close to York St John University and the shopping hub of the city centre. The food was okay although at breakfast there was sometimes bits missing or run out- no hot water for tea, run out of sausages, etc…. The staff were very attentive and the little texts to check in on us during our stay were lovely. "

"Would definitely go here again it was perfect! within walking distance of attractions shops restaurants etc - helpful friendly staff, the free breakfast excellent- we stayed in room 139 comfortable bed & pillows, good layout with large mirror, large TV, wifi, hairdryer, iron, Kettle tea & coffee - bathroom had large walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel , handwash, & hand cream. I"

" Our first visit to Harrogate. Came to see our grandsons passing out parade, at the army barracks Had a great stay at doubletree. Was given a great room. Swimming pool and spa was excellent. Perfect for visiting Harrogate. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only bad thing was the car parking charge . Would like to return, but not sure we want to pay the car park charge."
