"The very spacious bathroom, and bedroom, only criticisms are the lack of clothes storage, wardrobe was tiny with 6 hangers ,there were no drawers for clothing only 2 shelves, the room had more than enough space for a bit more storage furniture, the breakfast was nice but not warm enough, the self service coffee machine at breakfast didn't work, other than that it was ok, but for ยฃ120 a night I wouldn't stay there again"

"Checked a family member/friends in for the Leeds Festival. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Facilitating an early check-in so I could ensure all those staying had access to the room. Also provided very helpful advice on local area and festival info. Stay & room was all excellent."

"The excellent: Impressive building, excellent staff at breakfast, friendly chef Friday afternoon, good bed, amazing junior suite, head housekeeper very good made up sofa bed and temp bed in case of daughter and friend needing to leave Leeds festival. Loved having fridge in room. Dark curtains, quiet room. The only negative is about parking. Most were coned off for people with disabilities which is important. I have lots of disabilities and limitations on walking but because I don't have a blue badge I could not access parking there."
