"I don’t really write reviews for places I stay at but this one impressed me beyond my expectations. I planned this trip for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and the location and price of this hotel is the best you will find. Not too far away from everything, conveniently located transportation and so many food choices! My fiancé never shuts up about NYC but Chicago has definitely taken a place in his heart. He even asked to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for everything and beyond."

"absolutely loved our stay here!!!!!!! the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! both check in and check out were extremely easy. trying to find a place to stay in the area was hard because almost every place seemed to have hidden fees upon check in or some sort of day of charge- this lovely hotel had none of that and i was extremely grateful! we didn’t have the breakfast but it smelled delicious and my sister enjoyed the bar! 10/10 will definitely stay here every time i’m in the city! "

"Overall we had a great experience. Housekeeping was timely and available. Bellhops are available to help navigate the path from one elevator to the other elevator in order to get from ground floor to the hotel rooms. Hotels.com listed adjoining rooms as an option but the hotel does NOT have adjoining rooms. Not a super quiet hotel because of the atrium format and outside traffic but still very nice. Breakfast was awesome and helpful to have in the big city!"
