"The room i reserved is not what I got. I reserved a queen bed and a pull out couch arrived and there was only a bed. They advertise fast wifi in every room there was no wifi at all."

"It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. There were a couple spots within the apartment in need of attention, but if these were addressed, I'd easily rate this as a 5-star experience. The location is ideal. We were in close proximity...

"First off, on arrival the room was dark and a little dated with mismatched flooring tiles. The main bed room ceiling light did not work, neither did the side table light. I called downstairs to receptionist and was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and they would send someone to change the side table light but the ceiling light would be fixed the following day. A drink credit was given for the inconvenience. No one ever came to fix the ceiling light the next day. The refrigerator...

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!"

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back "

First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. "The staff were nice and polite. The rooms unexpectedly shared a common area with a kitchenette and couch, but it was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as depicted in the pictures. The breakfast was definitely unique to Jamaica offering savory options such as vegetables, curry chicken, fish, and liver. If you are interested in trying authentic food to the area this place is for you."
