"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Good location for going to a concert at CFG bank arena and other local places. Easy to use valet parking. Room was a great size and very clean. The complimentary snacks in the evening were ok, breakfast was a bit better. Staff was courteous."
