"All was Wonderful, amazing mansion! Marvelous experience!"

"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Staff, especially Terrance, Brittany, and Issa, were exceptional! Their kindness and professionalism were extremely helpful!! Also, a big shout out to the housekeepers-the rooms and other spaces were spectacular!! Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!"

"This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. This place is a definite when we need to spend the night in Baltimore. 😊"

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!"

"Downtown Baltimore is extremely unsafe particularly during early evenings w homeless sleeping on sidewalks adjacent to hotel property along w drug addicts and panhandling. Sunday PM witnessed 150+ motorcyclists taking over downtown, stopping traffic, disregarding all forms of signage, speeding, traveling on sidewalks, disregarding right of way. Told police have a non persuit field directive. Take your tourist dollars elsewhere"

"The rooms were nice however there was issue with the plumbing on the floor we stayed on. The drain was clogged which caused the drain to back up while taking a shower,unsanitary to say the least. The room was pretty decent, but could have used some dusting and more care in the cleaning department. I will say the Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel did take some money off the stay due to the plumbing issue. The view was decent."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."
