"The rooms are clean. The kitchenettes were helpful for long stays. The cook top worked decently. The breakfast bar was ok. The coffee wasn’t real hot though. I like that they did potatoes with breakfast cause most places don’t. The pool area was good but the pool itself wasn’t-had things floating in it. Staff that I encountered were pleasant. Housekeeping upon request. But in room trash can the size of a large purse. But can’t leave in hall but no place to take it out of the room seemed odd."

"The reception was excellent and If I may mention Ms. Michelle was excellent, she was professional and very courteous she made our first time very comforting. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Daily breakfast was someone limited in options but still tasty. The accommodation ( room) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Washers and dryers were available for purposes needed."

"I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. "It was prepared for cooking, there wasn't anything to use. Not even a spoon or Fork."

"No hot water and on occasion not even running water in the room! Breakfast was non-existent while the booking said it was included. This property is falling apart. The pool water looked iffy as well. A big no all around."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. We had to get three different sets of keys to get in the door. And we had to move rooms. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working. They did have a note in the elevator stating this. I’d have to say the two worst ratings were cleanliness of the common areas and maintenance. Spend some money on maintenance and...

"The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy for few days delivery extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars. Thanks. Sincerely, The Westin."

"The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back."

"The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow"
