"Property had a water leak, 1130 at night started running vacs and making lots of noise. The staff should have worried about taking care of the ajoining guest first, before doing remedation after the emegency leak was stopped"

"The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. "Well, it's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much more than a clean room. Long story short, that didn't happen. People had obviously been smoking in that room a lot. It smelled horrible with cigarette burns on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. The carpet and walls looked like a murder scene right out of an episode of CSI. "The staff at this property were wonderful and helpful. The $35 shuttle service is very convenient if you do not want to rent a car . The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can walk to several restaurants and the Tanger Outlets. The cleanliness is only average. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the fan did not work, so anytime my husband or I showered the fire alarm went off because it detected the steam from the shower as smoke.
