"Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. "Very polite and helpful staff. Great communication from initial booking. Lovely, clean room and terraces. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only suggestion would be to provide some body lotion in the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was perfect for our stay. Thank you."

"Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days....
