"This hotel and room was not clean. The photos do not look anything like the actual pictures. There also isn't any parking on site llike the hotel quotes. "

"We didn't use the internet, we didn't use the work out room but, everything was CLEAN!! The hotel is only six years old and the manager, Samil was delightful. I had phoned beforehand to make sure no cleaning sprays were used because of my asthma. He told me as we were waiting to leave that he checked the room himself when he saw that notation. He and Meagan were there to help us with directions, parking..anything we needed. I'd stay here again for sure! "

"The room was clean and much more narrow than expected. Don't buy parking if you are staying one night, the lot right next door is like $40 for the night. High expectations based on the photos and description, the room itself did not deliver. Room service told me call back in 30 minutes to never answer and I had to doordash. I booked a loft with a "city view", I expected the balcony to be cleared of snow for usage. The snow was not cleared and we had a view of a train station. Choose wisely."

"They have a shuttle to the airport which is easy to find. Restaurant in the hotel and also walking distance. Very clean room and comfortable beds. "

"Never again! There was not one staff member that went above and beyond. The neighborhood is scary and the parking situation is horrible. If you need to park you have to pay about 60 dollars to leave your car overnight. That is a rip off because guests at the property should at least get a discount. Will definitely not stay here again. "

"The room was clean and the staff were really helpful and nice, taking our luggage in and out!! I like their bottom room where they had a microwave and a place for you to eat with water and ice and coffee that’s free all day! "
