"Super convenience location. Right in front of the Basel main train station. Even have a direct bus to EuroAioort Basel if needed. Supermanrt available just beside the hotel and many restaurants . Service and condition of hotel was great too"
"I regret that I did not have a chance to try out the restaurant, and the in-room capsule coffeemaker was not a success, but the internet connection was good, the room was quiet, and the hotel itself was in an excellent location, especially for St. Jakob Stadium. Check-in and check out were very quick, and I paid extra for a balcony, which was well worth the money. It was a great place to relax and have some coffee, and the nice accordion glass doors and windows sealed out the noise at night. Nearby grocery stores, cafes, a bakery, a handy mini-mart, and easy access to trams downtown. I walked to the stadium in 20 minutes along the little river.
I travel with a dog, and we were glad there was a lift in the building. There is a fee of 15 CHF per night for a dog, which I think is a bit steep, but I understand that we are all paying for all the dogs that may or may not be well behaved in hotels. "
