"Disastrous hotel!
Upon arrival, we had a lengthy discussion because we were asked to pay for the accommodation again, even though we had already paid via Expedia.
But worse was water damage during the night, which came from a lifting system—so smelly sewage water in the room. We fled the room with two children (climbing over the bed). The hotel did nothing! No refund or compensation for damaged luggage!
Once and NEVER again!"

"If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights.
I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another night. They didn’t need to do any of that, but they were so helpful to us.
I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it.

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 3 children and the family deluxe suite was perfect for 2 older kids and a 3 year old. The property is spectacular and so was the drive there!"
