"Sehr nettes verständnisvolles Personal"

"Negativ: Die Temperatur im Zimmer lag unter 20 °C und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Positiv: Parkplatz vor dem Eingang."

"The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

"Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

"Rezeption, Service alles Top "

"Nice breakfast ready in the morning"

"Great hotel in the middle of Val de Fassa walking distance to bars and restaurants in nearby towns. Beautiful walks into the mountains and valleys from the hotel or trails nearby."
