The location was great. The rooms were simple but very nice and clean. The hotel provided us with a city card that allowed us to ride the gondola and take the train all for free. It was amazing to have and got us up into the mountains for free.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was super friendly and even helped us use the Trenitalia app to find train routes and times and pay for them online. The breakfast was great, the bar was great and they both had outdoor seating—lovely in the beautiful weather we happened to hit in early June before the heat wave.

Wonderful stay. The NICEST staff, high quality room (we had the junior suite, which comfortably accommodated us 3) and a fantastic location. The employees kindly and carefully helped us get gluten-free food for one family member at breakfast and lunch. I’d highly recommend Hotel Figl and hope to return.

Really pleasant and helpful staff. Arrived at 1100 and asked to leave our bags somewhere and were told our room was already ready and we could check in. Rooms really spacious and welcoming with a bit of antique touch. Hotel right in the centre so convenient for pretty much everything. Nice bar, with outside seating and lots of shade. Only downside is there looked to be limited breakfast options (but plenty options close by) and no coffee in the room, but all in all an excellent stay.

Hotel Figl was in the perfect location of this historically beautiful town. surrounded by amazing shops and bistros, we found it clean, charming and very comfortable! The management was so helpful and friendly!

This charming and comfortable hotel is in the center of the old town. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within steps of the hotel. We used Bolzano as a base for several days of exploring both the city and the Dolomites. We highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Figl immensely. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was just enough to get us started on our day. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice and friendly. The reason I rated it so low is because it was advertised as having AC. Some parts did but out room the ac was not working and they had a fan that was the poorest fan ever. Our room was probably 30 Celsius the entire stay. The staff acknowledged that our room was in fact known to be very hot. After we checked out an Italian lady said we should have been given a discount for sufferering 2 very hot nights.
