"A welcome change from London hotels. Nice little Italian lady looking after the guests."

"Locke is a new hotel, located at the end of South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. Modern with open plan style incorporating cafe, bar and open seated areas. Staff were great; young and enthusiastic (Sophie and Conor were a delight). The only issue I had was checking in after 10:00pm took a little longer as reception didn't seem to be staffed. Rooms are great, well appointed and overall, I'll definitely be back."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Didn’t love the area at all. Older hotel. Basically just somewhere to sleep. But I do have a gluten allergy in at their breakfast buffet. I expected to be on my own, but the staff went and cooked something separately in the back for me, which was amazing!"

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The rooms were very basic. They say they have an air cooling system as opposed to an air conditioning system, which, while it works, can also be a bit tricky to figure out. You have to constantly bother the staff for filtered water and there is a separate “ironing room” in case you want to iron your clothes. The rooms are a bit cramped, we didn’t even have space to lay out a small and a medium suitcase. No phone to dial room service. Once again, the...
