"Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"Had everything we needed for a two night stay. Entrance areas are dark and dirty but apartment is clean and bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. It wasn’t made clear on hotels.com that car parking is a public car park five minutes away which left us wondering where to park the car. Five minute walk to town. "The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed"
