The front desk response to a request was quick. The parking...

My husband required a stool in the shower and the one he was given to use had brown stains in the middle of the seat and black mold on the legs. Left black rings in the shower. No extra roll of TP. Had to ask the desk when needed. A/C was either ON and very cold or OFF and warm. No in between settings. The breakfast was okay at best. Coffee was luke warm and hot food was watery and greasy. The pool area was unkept and tables...
