"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"The hotel and staff were great. The problem is the elevators two were broken and it was really inconvenient to wait every time to get to and from our room. Other than that it’s great!"
