"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition. Finally after four days of asking to...

"O local fica bem localizado, próximo ao Pacaembu! O quarto e banheiro tem móveis bem novos, o chuveiro é excelente, com água por tubulação a gás! Tem cabides e arara para roupas. O detalhe é que na acomodação mais básica não tem televisão e também não tem ar-condicionado, porém durante minha estadia não foi algo necessário! O anfitrião responde super rápido e deu instruções bem claras! Tem cozinha compartilhada com itens essenciais."
