Had requested twin beds got a double bed after packing up three times TO finally gave me a room with twin beds. There was no receptionist to speak to so all communication was online. The Wi-Fi that was listed by the online Receptionist was not the Wi-Fi that was available. I had to walk down to Security to get Wi-Fi access. Would I stay here again probably not

I could not get into my room and had to wait for 50 minutes to get approved. The address provided in the app was not exact and the reception was not able to help and tell me that I am standing in front of the wrong building even though I talked to several employees. Unfortunately I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

the room was too small as it seen in the photo. Microwave wasn't working. The sheet has the worst material it is literally made of synthetic . As considering Sao Paola is hot and trying to sleep with synthetic sheets it was the worst experience

Quando li as avaliações anteriores fiquei um pouco assustado, pois já havia reservado alguns dias. Porém, minha experiência foi ótima e atendeu todas as minhas expectativas, do início ao fim. Quarto organizado, geladeira e mircroondas funcionando bem, chuveiro e torneiras funcionando bem. Ar-condicionado funcionando bem. TV com internet que não travou em hora nenhuma. Cama confortável, lençois e toalhas no padrão. A localização é ótima, o prédio tem um mercadinho ao lado da recepção, mas se precisarem tem uma OXXO ao lado também. Cheguei e sai várias vezes e fui bem atendido pela recepção. Solicitei iFood várias vezes e todas chegaram rápidos, pois há diversos estabelecimentos próximos. Por fim, classifico minha experiência como ótima. Voltarei mais vezes e recomendarei.
