"Amazing location! And very friendly staff. It was getting hot so it wasn’t ideal that they didn’t have AC (we did see them install new ACs in some rooms when we were checking out so check with them). Good thing is that the place is quiet and not full when we were there so we were able to open our door when we’re up to let the cool air in. Beds are very firm. I’d stay here again tho if just for the location."

"The water in the pool (which is indoors) at the property was somewhat cloudy, and I wondered about the hygiene standards. The spa with sauna and steam and whirlpools is amazing, but an additional $USD50/day so adds up. We had breakfast included and the buffet was really good everyday. Staff were very professional and accommodating. Room service hamburger was one of the best meals I had in Mexico City!"
