"Let me start with the positive - we stayed in room 301. The room has a million-dollar view of Grendlerwald Valley. The staff is very helpful. The property is just less than half a mile from the station. The rooms and the property are very clean. The property has an elevator. Now the cons: the hotel is located on a steep uphill, and it is impossible to reach it by walking with heavy luggage. The property should consider providing a free drop-off and pick-up from the station. When I asked for a pickup, they told me I needed to pay 50 CHF. The bathroom in the room is extremely small. You can hardly stand in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, but it's almost the same every day. Please consider making some changes every day."

"Located on possibly the most beautiful property on the planet. Old world charm every corner of the interior. Best staging area imaginable for day adventures around lake Thun area. Just amazing!!!"
