"We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Grandhotel Giessbach and wow, what a place! The hotel is certainly grand and is located in the most beautiful location I've ever seen, overlooking Lake Brienz with the Giessbach falls only metres away! The staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the bar was lovely, the Les Cascades restaurant was lovely, the surrounding park and trails were truly beautiful! However, my only complaint is that we had to pay 15CHF per night for parking....

"The views of the Eiger are absolutely fantastic. Modern well provisioned rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the TV lounge but both available along with communal kitchen for pm meals you can cater for yourself. Really enjoyed our stay albeit wished I’d clearly understood the bathroom was across the corridor (for our use only) and what comes with a standard room. Would have upgraded if I’d recognised this at booking. In the end no issue."

"Eiger Mountain Soul resorts staff were amazing. If you were standing anywhere at the hotel, multiple staff would asks if you needed something. Very clean, great dining, and in the main part of town, near the train station. If you stay there, you can walk either direction from the hotel to find nice restaurants and shops. "こじんまりして可愛らしいホテル。清潔で、気持ちの良いベット、枕元に置かれたチョコもうれしい。スタッフは丁寧で、テラスから見える山はとても気持ちいい。お部屋の掃除は毎日あり、不要だったのでトイレットペーパーの補充だけしてもらった。シャンプーはあるけど、リンスはなし。駅もcoopも近くて便利。早朝に出発の場合は、パンやゆで卵、リンゴ、ジュースを持って行けるように準備してもらえた。部屋の鍵とホテル入口の鍵を渡された。ホテル入口の鍵が硬くて、力を入れて回さないと開かない。初めはできなくてインターホンでスタッフを呼んだ。電気ケトルはあるけれど、部屋にはグラスしか置いていなかった。リクエストすればカップやカトラリーも貸してもらえて、電子レンジも使わせてもらえるらしい(種類により有料)"
