"We stayed 5 nights at the Ezkar Bathonea Art Hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is peaceful and clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even upgraded our room due to some kitchen noise, giving us a more superior room at no extra charge. Breakfast had a good variety and was very enjoyable, although the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The location is great — there are lovely lakes and parks nearby, and it’s within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the metro link is excellent (approximately 40 minutes). Ashan, the manager, was always joking and friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future."

Kadir, the hotel is very lucky to have you as their employee! There is no parking, although it was described as present, but it was easy to find a parking space nearby everyday at anytime of the day. The restaurant on the ground floor is very good, convenient and it has excellent service as well. "
