We chose this hotel specifically for its location far away from main streets and it was best decision ever. We enjoyed the quietness of the place, great breakfast and of course views of the balloons flying over the hotel. You could also walk two steps to numerous hillsides around to watch the sunrise and the balloons flying around. But the gem of this place is Ümit - who will help you and guide you through everything! He was so wonderful in arranging tours/balloons/transfers prior to our arrival and consulting on other activities during our stay. People always make a big difference and we wouldn’t change anything in our stay! Big thank you to the whole team of the hotel and Ala 🐈

Great location to watch the Balloons, the staff were amazing and professionals. The room was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious! If you are heading to Cappadocia, I highly recommend you staying here.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and kind and can also help you with airport transportation or booking any additional tours. I stayed in the queen room with balcony. The mattress was very uncomfortable as it was extremely firm just like stone so something to be cautious about if that is not your preference. Bathroom had minimal ventilation and an odd smell and parts of the ceiling was damaged.

This cave hotel was very nice! The staff were super friendly and the terrace/breakfast area was so lovely. The shower did flood and smell strange, but would stay again!

this is a wonderful hotel in an ideal location. the stone type hotel experience was very unique. the rooms and bathroom are new and very clean. the location is very close to shopping and dining options. the staff are excellent especially Aziz, they go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. they were able to arrange ATV excursion for the same day and hot air balloon ride for the next morning. it was so nice not having to do the research and reservations online on our own. breakfast was terrific. they also arrange transfer to/from airports as well. there are several car rental companies nearby. would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this hotel

Otel şehrin girişinde dağ tarafında bulunuyor , park yeri var , şehir sesinden uzak kafa dinlemelik bir yer , odalar temizliği mükemmel kahvaltı çeşitli ve açık büfe olması çok iyi ayrıca balonları kalktığı yere çok yakın ve otelde kahvaltı yaparken de balonları terastan izleyebilirsiniz

Kızımın kapatokyayı görme ısrarıyla rast gele seçtiğim bir mekandı.Ama çok beğendik. 4 kişilik ferah bir odamız vardı kahvaltı açık büfe terasta sabah uyandığımızda pencereden geçen bolanlar manzara vs.. çok memnun kaldık sadece hotelde eksikler var masa ve mini buzdolabı konulabilirdi sanırım yeni olduğu için biz çok memnun kaldık otel sahibi ve çalışanlarıda çok sevecen ve saygılıydı tavsiye ederim😀
