Hotel di Aurora Barat

"Enjoyed stay! Thanks 😊"

"Do not stay here. This place is dirty and poorly maintained and managed. The shower curtain had mold across the entire bottom, the kitchen shelves had crumbs in them, the carpet in the tv area had standing water, the spray they use to try to cover everything is nasty. The back door is held open with a boot string so security is out of the question. Spend $10 more and stay down the street."

"I didn't like that the Holiday Inn didn't even have a hotel room booked for me. The Holiday Inn claimed that this is an Expedia problem and not a Holiday Inn problem. I have tried to contact Expedia, but the virtual assistant keeps blocking me. I need to communicate with someone at Expedia to get a refund for this failure."

"The room was clean, had satisfactory amenities, and a good breakfast. There were no light blocking drapes allowing the early morning sunlight to flood the room at dawn. No extra blankets were available."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. However, I had problems using the wifi."

"Bad: Broken glass in parking lot, big tree branch blocking entrance. Shower curtain wasn't long enough to keep water in shower. Breakfast buffet was missing fresh fruit. Floor was dirty from work men's boots. Saw a cockroach near the coffee station. Good: The bed was very nice. It was very quiet even with the Sam's Club shipping warehouse across the street."

"As soon as I walk through the door the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They are good people. The room was awesome when I go back to Oswego again I'll definitely stay there again"

"The hotel was nice for the price we paid. The staff was so kind and helpful."

"The location fit our needs, the room was dated. The bathroom door is next to one of the double beds (queens weren't available) and it opened blocking the sink, so the person using the sink had to keep moving in order for the person coming out of the cramped bathroom to exit. The shower is just a swinging glass door that did not keep the water from flooding the small bathroom floor. The gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly and standoffish. Usual breakfast fare, luckily there is a Cracker...

"This hotel was just not as great as I had hoped; everything was new-ish, but it didn’t quite feel as clean as it should be for new furnishings. The pool was under construction. The buffet breakfast, however, was better than expected. It is off the highway in an industrial type area."

"Staff made all the difference for me. The restaurant food was also very good"
