"Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance that kept slamming the first night that woke me up multiple times. Pool was nice for little kids and hot tub was a good touch. Was a little dirty in the hot tub but overall it was an ok experience. Wanted to really like it for quick family staycations but it was just ok. Staff were friendly and nothing outstanding or overly negative. "

"It is a party hotel. A lot of kid parties and guests at pool who were not hotel guests. Also encounted "dancers" in the elevator after leaving a suite down the hall talking about yhe gig they just finished and trying to promote their services to another guest in the elevator. Elevator mechanics are loud as well. Our room wasnt even near the elevators but heard them running all night and early morning. Location is good, pool is big, but just not the type of vibe i was expecting. "

"The staff was attentive, welcoming, warm, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. We received excellent service from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!"

"Don't expect quiet or sleep. Unfortunately, even though the location is great, and the hotel is quite nice, there is a defect with the rooms' doors , causing the doors to slam and then bounce and bang multiple times before closing, making LOUD noises. Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. I was put on a busy floor, with guests constantly coming and going in multiple rooms, which was maddening! Both the front desk and the maintenance guy said it was a common issue, with complaints from many past guests. Apparently, this issue could be remedied, but the operations management has chosen to ignore it. I was moved the 2nd night to another room on a less busy floor even though there was less door slamming, it was still an issue "

"The hotel is under construction, the workers like to slam stuff around and yell in the hallways. For some reason, the doors to the room all slam full force of you let them go. It was loud enough to make my girlfriend jump every single time. Employees are great, the hotel is subpar. Might want to stay somewhere else"
