"Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. "

"I made my reservation online. Maybe a map of your property would be helpful online so I would have known the location of different rooms to choose from. Unfortunately, the folks next to us were extremely loud all evening. This obviously was not your fault, but the walls must be very thin. We would definitely return to your property in the future if we are in the area."

"Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid."

"We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in...

"Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options were good. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Definitely had some road noise but that’s expected with a hotel next to a major interstate. Would choose to stay here again."

"so I stayed here because we had a storm in Denton and we had an RV so we had to stay somewhere for a couple hours and I kind of regretted it because when I walked in, there was a little roach in the room in the restroom specifically and you can tell that they are going under construction right now because there is just paint everywhere The bed was OK. It wasn’t the best as in comfort wise there was no stains, which is good just the roach that freaked me out. It did smell like marijuana outside....

"We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money."
