"The hotel was in a fantastic location as it is within walking distance to historical Philadelphia. The front desk staff were helpful but maybe not too knowledgeable when we asked questions. The room was clean, but the windows filthy. The parking garage was dark and scary, although we did like the convenience. It was priced appropriately. The breakfast was horrible. There are lots of cafes nearby with awesome and delicious breakfast choices."

"Had a slight issue when checking in but the staff went above and beyond to communicate and fix it which I really appreciated. Elevators and hallways were very hot which is my only minor complaint. The king suite is very spacious and the entire property is well maintained. It’s very close to attractions and is in a very walkable neighborhood. It’s not in the heart of center city, but the price can’t be beat."

"I was blown away I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn express in a long time. Very bright. Lighting excellent throughout. The bed comfy. Lots of long pillows. Really liked that. Glass shower door. The breakfast was the best I have experienced complimentary. The options were great. Staff super friendly."
