"Did not seem like a 5-star hotel. It was older and outdated, very little amenities, the room was small and the double queen beds were actually full not queen. The mattresses were pretty thin, and the shower valve didn’t work great and water pressure was poor. Would definitely not stay here again for the price. This is more like a 3.5 star hotel not 5 star. The restaurant downstairs was nice and the staff was nice as well, fairly good location as well. "

"I was disappointed in the TV and how quirky it was to operate. We had guests on our level running up and down the hallways at 3:27 am, knocking on doors and yelling. That isn’t the hotels fault but interrupted sleep regardless. "

"This is a ‘no frills’ option; but if you are sightseeing like we were the bedrooms had everything you needed. Bring earplugs as you are on a busy corner. But you are SO well situated to walk to all the sights and get the metro to/from Dulles and bus to Georgetown. Would happily stay here again. The staff were all extremely helpful "

"The hotel was great. About 6 blocks from the White House and a mile walk to the Washington Monument. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive to us. Always greeted us with a smile. We ate dinner about two times and it was great. We had espresso in the morning with Carlos and he was very attentive. "
