"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with a spotless well-designed bathroom. The location was perfect: next to the train station and subway (and you couldn't hear anything inside your room). We chose not to do the breakfast plan but had breakfast in the hotel twice-which I highly recommend. It was expansive and delicious. Best of all are the concierges who had great recommendations, got us reservations at at wonderful restaurants and helped us plan oour routes."

"The staff here was very helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a dining area. The in-room laundry was great, but takes time to run a complete cycle. The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead...

"The place is extremely organized. Each guest is assigned a locker for luggage. The rooms/capsules are clean, Free ramen and for breakfast you get a free curry. "Small rooms only suitable for solo travelers. If you are 2 , don't consider. But for solo travelers, it's a great hotel, with functional, clean and very quiet rooms. Bedding was comfortable and since the rooms face directly the building next door, there is virtually no noise, so you sleep very well. Location is excellent with direct subway lines to all major Tokyo spots, including the Narita limousine bus station (TCAT). Will come back when traveling solo."
