"Wow this property is absolutely stunning, the staff were friendly at check-in and checkout, the property is clean, rooms were very spacious, clean and the bed is so comfortable, I actually didnt want to leave. The rain shower head is amazing. The gym was well equipped. Great location, close to Wynard station and Westfield, QVB are a few minutes walk also. I wish I stayed longer but I will definitely be back. "

"Really great stay. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, bed was super comfortable. Only downfall was the elevator takes forever and there isn’t an easy staircase to use with the floor levels unlocked so you have to use elevator. Also our AC was making a weird noise when we first got there and then the next day it wouldn’t turn on which was a bummer but at least we were visiting during winter! We loved the brewery that is connected to the hotel. Good food and drinks!...

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
