"The view was amazing! Everyone we met was so nice and accommodating. The pool and bar area were lovely and the meals we had at the restaurant were good! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that but Ubers we’re always available. "

Jerry, Itzel, Sonia and Manuel the bartender were fantastic and gracious hosts as we got a full tour of most of the rooms (some were occupied and couldn't be viewed). They are undergoing a remodel right now but it didnt bother us as there is plenty to do and see during the day in the Romantic Zone and even in downtown Puerto Vallarta. "This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. The beach was just steps away,...

"Menu rico, la tina no estaba caliente no.la ocupabanos. Lo unico que le corregiria es el área de la terraza, las plantas secas con macetas con maleza. PV tiene un clima excelente para la vegetación y le agregaria un plus a la vista de la terraza tener las plantas bonitas. Si no mejor quitar las que estan feas y secas. Lo digo con afan de mejora critica constructiva. Gracias por todo"
