"Room was clean, and staff was responsive and kind and helped out. Unfortunately the maids came in and changed the air conditioning up to a high number and we couldn't get it back down to a comfortable temperature after they changed it no matter what buttons we pressed. We also chose to park our car in the garage, and multiple times the gate would not open. Luckily our flight was delayed, but if the flight had been the original time we would've missed it! "The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression despite an otherwise okay stay."

"Femme de ménage très gentil, appartement magnifique propre moderne bien équipée proche de tout mais experiece réception à distance pas très agréable manque d'information sur utilisation de la digitalkey c'est moi même utiliser IA pour me donner les étapes parce que communication avec Whatsapp avec le service ils croient que les clients connaissent tous ça .en plus arrivée a 01h de matin la digitalkey ne fonctionne pas il m'ont dit de les contacter mais ils ont répondu a 7h de matin heursement...

"Wir hatten tolle Tag im You and the Sea. Tolles Essen, super freundliches Personal, netter Empfang und an sich stimmiges Konzept. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf aus unserer Sicht dringend einer Sanierung und Erneuerung. Sowohl in den Zimmer als auch Gemeinschaftsräumen, Gelände und Mobiliar.
Personal und Service und Sauberkeit (selbst sehr gut) leiden hier drunter!

"Room was clean and great location. However very difficult to find the actual building. The sign on the front of the building did not match name of the building on the reservation. It is in a treacherous spot… with the steep hill and roller bags. Better sign and communication would certainly have helped!"
