We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area. We would certainly recommend this place.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. It was our first experience with a car elevator for parking so that was a big nail biting, but it worked out. Very responsive to text messages. The location is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. I look forward to coming back and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was very clean, quite and in a nice neighborhood right across from the Parliament building. I stayed for 10 days and was brought fresh towels. I could have had someone clean my apartment, but I cleaned it myself. The front office staff is super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this location.

The apartment style rooms were very spacious and allowed for two people to stay there comfortably without being in each other's spaces. The amenities were great. Location was incredible for access to a wide variety of food places (restaurants, cafes, bakeries). There are a few nice parks around. Walkable to many of the other popular neighbourhoods and shops. Easy access to airport. Communication with staff was easy and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Eliana, Fabio and Anna were so helpful and always asked how our day was when went out touring the city. It was easy to navigate to the downtown area and Time Out Market. The parliament building was right across the street. The apartment style hotel suited our needs very well with all the amenities of home!
