Mais lorsque l'on y pénètre , une très forte odeur d'égout suffoque (appartement Paris). Dans celui d'à côté, où logeaient nos amis, cette odeur n'existait pas. Il fait un peu chaud, malgré la clim, dans la chambre en mezzanine. "

"The staff was lovely and friendly. The hotel itself was ok. Lobby was spacious, nice great place to hang out or wait for family and friends before heading to dinner or site seeing. The rooms were a good enough size. I’d remove the carpet in the rooms, made it stuffy, there was a strong deodorized smell, maybe to camouflage the carpet. The location of the hotel was not ideal for us. We like to be able to walk to where the action is , close to restaurants etc."

"Great stay at the hotel, super staff that was always accommodating and helpful. Good location, about 1.6km from Rossio Square. Only small negative was the size of our 2 rooms, which were for 2 adults each, we found them small including the shower, other than that, everything else was great."

"Wanted to celebrate my second anniversary with my partner and this hotel made the occasion truly special. It is a smaller hotel so it gives more personable experience. When we got into our room after checking in, we had a very nice welcome card and rose petals on the bed and drinks to help celebrate the anniversary. The location is great as it is in the city center, all the sights are in walking distance. If you are able to spend a little more for this hotel, it will enhance your stay and experience in Lisbon!"

"This hotel was perfect for our four night stay in Lisbon. It is located in an amazing area, close to the heart of Lisbon but away from the chaos and noise. There were train stations a walking distance away, a convenience store facing the hotel, and everything is otherwise in walking distance or a short bolt ride away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself as well as the room is very clean and well maintained. AC worked great. Would definitely recommend!"

"This hotel was amazing. After getting off of a 9 hour flight, we arrived to excellent service from the very start. On the way to the room, we were given a quick tour of the property as well which was very nice. The room was excellent; very clean, spacious, and a very comfortable bed. We received a welcome dessert and port wine which was a nice touch. The outdoor bar/relaxing area was very nice. The food was great and the server was so helpful in heling us choose a wine good for our palates. The grounds of the hotel were so nice, we took lots of pictures and enjoyed walking around. The service and the people are really what makes this hotel the best. We would absolutely recommend to others."
