After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "Room very clean and housekeeping in attendance. Breakfast - chaotic but a very busy period for hotel; staff multi-tasking perhaps a bit too much; guests not too sure where anything was located at buffet; no room-check 'just turn up' gives impression of low-value aspect. Everything else, fine."

"Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). Breakfast was really high quality and ample. I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you!"
