Kid Friendly Hotels in 8th Arrondissement

"Allocated room 21, nicely appointed and decorated, separate shower and toilet, very comfy boutique style. Free wi-fi, complementary breakfast included within booking with good selection of food (something for everyone and the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had). Within easy walking distance of Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro station, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, hop on/hop off Tootbus stop with several bistros/brasseries and small supermarkets nearby. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, with complimentary beverage machine in a lounge off reception and an honesty bar. Definitely hotel of choice when I return to Paris."

"I stayed six nights (Aug 2025) at the Hotel Château Frontenac and would recommend it if you want to stay in this location in Paris. The hallways and our room were immaculately clean (with daily turn down service) so compliments to the maid staff. Cold A/C too! We ate the breakfast buffet every morning to start our day and the food and variety of drinks were very good (thanks Lucius and staff). As with any Paris trip be prepared to walk, but we did use a variety of transportation including the metro / Uber. Thank you to the concierge for recommending taking an Uber to the Palace of Versailles since the Metro Station was closed there (I didn’t catch the gentleman‘s name, but that was a good tip). This hotel is not very large but for what it is, they’ve done a really good job maintaining the building. I felt the location was very safe to walk I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary that would make me feel uncomfortable. I’m sure you might read comments that the elevator is very narrow and slow, which it is, but I felt the other benefits I mentioned made up for it. "

"We arrived at the hotel quite early (9:30ish am) and both the valet (Lou) and the person at the front desk (Celine) was terrific. Greeting us and going out of their way to both take our rental car to allow us to check in, and to find us a room (to freshen up) as our reserved room wasn’t available yet. Also had a drink in the restaurant before heading out and the staff were all extremely gracious and accommodating. The problem was that after we met friends for dinner and were out till late. Upon arrival back in the room to sleep we discovered that the sheet under the comforter had some older stains on it. It was too late and we were exhausted to call the front desk so I put a large bath towel over it and we went to bed. Didn’t mention it to the front desk as we had to leave early to keep up with our planned itinerary. Wanted to mention this in my comments as I’m sure the management in this fine hotel would be appalled with this and appreciate the feedback. It’s unfortunate as everything else with our short stay was exceptional. "

"This was a suburb recently renovated hotel. Easily the best hotel we have stayed at in France. Huge clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. We had a connecting room for our family which had a central door with two separate doors to each room."

"Great boutique hotel near Gare Saint-Lazare. We were here in early July during a heat wave and the hotel was so well air conditioned! The room was comfortable and fairly large for a Parisian / European hotel room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and were so kind to our small dog. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others."
