"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. "Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

My husband and i have been talking about this hotel and room since we stepped foot inside. Oh, showers are amazing. Bonus points for no shower curtain and having a walk in shower!"

"The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot."

"My stay was simply okay. The hotel is quite dated. I was a bit frustrated with the number of 'mulch' stones that were on the sidewalk as I use a rollator and was caught abruptly when a stone I didn't see stopped one of the wheels of the walker, giving me a jolt. I was not pleased with the design of the bedframe that put a support post smack dab in the middle of the side rail, meaning I stubbed my toe a few times. The mattress was comfortable and the A/C worked exactly as I like it keeping...
