Good value

Good room for the price. Some traffic noise but quieter at night. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio area in the back. Lots of comfy seating and a nice setting.

Good location. The rest ok.

Stay was ok. Location was great. We did find ants on our microwave which the manager cleaned up right away. Room was had the basics. Manager was quite nice.

The exterior of the motel looks dated - like 1968. The room was clean and contained a queen sized bed (comfy), a small refrigerator, and microwave, it’s no frills, but clean and comfortable. We would come back.

Great stay in Arnold

The meadowmont motel was great! Well located, updated, and very clean. Even warmed our room up in advance and allowed our pooch which was nice. Book i. advance since it seems to be in high demand.

This property is very close to Calaveras Big Trees State Park and that is why we stayed here. It was very clean, and the woman checking us in was friendly. We stayed two nights. We ate across the street at a brewery the first night and at an Italian restaurant the second night. The Italian restaurant, Sarafina's, was excellent.

Meadowmont Lodge Arnold- a great secret

Enjoyed a quick getaway and tried Meadowmont Lodge since they were Dog Friendly and close to restaurants. What a lovely surprise- such a nice Manager, clean and pretty property, very clean room and amazingly comfortable bed (and nice bedding). They had a nice firepit and we roadted smores - they had little kits. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean and well-kept place with modern upgrades

The property is very clean and well maintained. Has solar power for the summer months. The wood looring instead of carpet is very big plus for us as it gives a clean look. The attendant is friendly and does amazing work keeping it clean and providing very helpful tips on the local events and weather conditions. Will visit again.

I can’t really rate the staff because the front desk was closed when we arrived. The front desk person was sick and we didn’t have interaction with her. This property was very clean and neat. It’s close to Big Trees and there are several restaurants in the area. I would recommend this property .

Need earplugs if you want sleep

You NEED earplugs if you stay here. Thin walls and you can hear everyone. Group of people were still drinking/partying past 1:30am and you can hear it all. Its suffices for a stay in Arnold. Great service and super friendly. Just advise bringing earplugs if you want to sleep.

Quaint

The setting is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. Room was clean. Has all the basics. Hair dryer didn't do much so I brought my own. Bed was very firm so not comfortable for my partner and I. My son was ok with it in his room.

The gal at the front desk was very friendly and nice. We couldn't find but ONE place in the room the plug in our phone charger.There was one in the bathroom, but I wanted it by my bed....just a minor inconvenience. I also don't like the way Expedia UPS the price when I could have made the reservation directly to the motel and saved $50.
