The hotel is nice, staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t really like was there were fly in the room but wasn’t a big problem. Overall we had a nice experience here.

Our room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable! The bathroom was also spacious which I appreciated. This property is located right in town and very walkable to restaurants and shopping. If visit Mariposa again, I would certainly stay at River Rock again.

For the price of $112 for one night with two beds our stay was pleasant. Everything was clean but the coffee wasn't all that tasty compared to what I've been getting at home. The parking doesn't allow you to drive forward and exit out in the same direction. You have to back up and be careful lest you hit something but other than this our experience was nice.

We weren’t sure on driving up, but liked the spacious room and quiet. Within easy walking distance of a BBQ place, tap house, and ice cream shop :) Had a very nice patio area to enjoy in the evening, and a coffee shop on site (but not open Sun/Mon). Would definitely stay here again!

Never saw staff it was self check in and check out. Everything was fine in the room. It is quite an old hotel so it had a few things that could be fixed. It was clean comfortable and that’s all I needed.

We arrived late so never met the staff but hey communicated by message do we were able to check in without an issue. Mariposa is a lovely town and we used it to move on to Yosemite would stay again if I’m back in the area

Everything was fantastic, except for the shower water. It kept switching between cold and hot automatically, which made my shower at the end a contrast. Love the complimentary bath toiletries and clean sheets with quiet area.

Cute motel!

Such a cute little motel! My room was very clean and cosy. Great communication from the property owners. Cute cafe onsite although it wasn’t open during my stay. The town itself is adorable. Lots of great restaurants. I ate at the Bbq place next door which was incredible after a day hiking in Yosemite and I also ate at the farm to table diner. I’d definitely stay here again.
