"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. "I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"I've stayed at the Sakura Inn on multiple occasions. It is centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and cities in the San Gabriel Valley and San Fernando Valley. The current owners seem indifferent to basic guestroom maintenance. To be specific, I took photos of a loose faucet and a broken door seal, and showed them to the innkeeper. She promised to share my concerns with her husband. During my stay, no one came to inspect my room. On past stays, everything was in good working order and...

"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating. I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...
