"It can use an update. Bathtub with stain. Noisy fridge I was just staying for two nights didn’t make a fuss about it. Room definitely needs an update."

"Didn’t tell me anything about an extra $100 holding fee when you got there, main staff could be friendlier but the kitchen crew were friendly and respectful, hotel was clean and beautiful! Shuttle also needs better tracking we waited almost an hour at the airport"
