"Good value hotel"

"The room was clean and spacious. Few small issues were: freezer was working but the fridge was low in power or something and didnt keep things cool so we had to use some ice from the machine to keep foods cold. Basically used the fridge as a cooler chest. The shampoo and body soap did not work or was just empty. Other than above, we did enjoy our stay. It was convenient to ger to Petrified Forest NP and clean rooms."

"The picture advertised, vs the room rented are 2 very different rooms. We usually book unique rooms when traveling. This room is advertised, as retro, with bright vivid art covering a lot of the walls. The actual room was bright white cinder blocks, a completely different bathroom, and just a retro phone, alarm clock, fridge and chairs to make it a theme. The lobby was pretty, the place was clean. The staff were very nice. No parking was provided in front of the room. Not a bad place, just not...

"Checked out a few rooms and every room was very dirty and crawling with bugs, bugs under the blankets and pillows, bugs on the floor. Dirty floors and dirty washrooms, locks on the doors were broken off. Only half the lights worked in the rooms. "

"Pros - Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pet friendly area had shopping, food, gas and most anything you would need. Rooms were quiet but the car wash to the east was so loud and obnoxious. I would have did an average rate but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cons - conditions and details of the room were not up to great condition, thou the rooms were clean restroom doors had obvious water damage, no hair dryer, iron and ironing board. No weather seal under door lots of space...
