"I should have known something was wrong when I pulled in to property and parking lots were all practically empty. Maybe 6 cars total. So NO INTERNET was extremely inconvenient as we had lots of planning to do for local adventures as well as future hotels on the trip. Restaurant was closed... except for Continental breakfast which they said was a comp for no internet. It was as basic as it comes. Bed was extremely soft (maybe only a problem for me)... there was no box springs... I think...

"I booked two rooms for my group. Upon checking in my room was filthy especially the bathroom. It was not cleaned at all.(I had sanitary concerns). The other room the window that would not close all the way, making a large whistling sound (this gave me safety concerns especially for a young female). I immediately addressed the issues with the front desk and was told to contact expedia and they would appeove a refund. I contacted expedia immediately, they informed me they could not get ahold of...

"A dirty sock was found in our bed! The carpets had not been vacuumed, the door latch did not work and the extra broken parts were on our vanity. The clerk was notified and we were told there were no other rooms available and were not compensated monetarily either. The room was $140! We have stayed several times at this Baymont and enjoyed it but never again"

"The property is an older style motel but it is extremely well kept. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s a restaurant on-site -the best in town. We opted in for the breakfast which was good-eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for a very reasonable price. "

"The ice machine in are building has broken for a while and the pool has been out of service and the morning breakfast was supposed to be a buffet and it turn out to be of the menu that was small. "
