"The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and there was product in the shower dispensers and I didn’t have to struggle to get the product out. Seriously, that is a legitimate problem I encounter when traveling. Props for being more eco-conscious but it doesn’t need to be frustrating. "

"The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for a lower level room, later in the evening when we checked in and she made arrangements. We appreciated her kindness. They do use a room freshener that was quite apparent. While it made the room seem fresh, it was really overpowering for me."

"We were with a hiking group that used Reed’s Lodge as our base. Everyone loved the history and character of this lodge. All the rooms were unique, many with a particular theme. Pleasant place in the lobby to gather and plan each day’s activities. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. Several good places to eat close by."

"Swimming pool was amazingly clean, warm and felt wonderful! I arrived about 10 pm, and the pool and the Jacuzzi were still open until 11pm! The room was Very Clean, Very Spacious, and the bed was Very Comfortable! Looking forward to my next visit!"

"Hotel is newly built and offers clean rooms with a mini-fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV with cable, desk for laptop, and comfortable beds with an extra blanket for comfort. The hotel also has a beautiful bar area as well as a lovely outdoor sitting area with a firepit, pool table, and a couple other outdoor games for visitors to enjoy. Laundry room and fitness center are also great amenities this hotel has to offer. "

"The room was clean, it was obvious some things were a little bit worn and old, but clean. I was extremely exhausted from traveling, I called shortly after I booked the room seeing if I could check in early so I could just sleep. That was not an issue at all, they were very accommodating. I would say it’s definitely a safe area, it’s part of Navajo nation, I would stay there with my children if they were still young, not too many amenities, but the surrounding area is beautiful and it’s safe....
