"Great place!"

"I arrived earlier than expected and asked if the room was ready. It wasn’t and I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. I returned about 4 an additional hour after check in. I received my room and upon entering the room I noticed a dead ant on the bed, I was unsure if it was a dirty bed sheet, mishandled bedding or unrelated but shortly after I found a trail of ants that were making their way around the room and to the bed. This led me to noticing the floors not being thoroughly cleaned...

"Amenities were not adequately explained at check-in; I had to ask several questions. Room was dark/poorly lit. Toilet seat was dirty. Towel had hair on it. It is, however, within walking distance to several shopping and dining options. Overall, I was disappointed and would not stay again."

"The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room."

"The property is lovely. The staff are fantastic. I had a medical emergency and they helped me deal with that so I would say the staff at that particular location are really on the ball. They have everything covered as far as I could see. Anybody staying there would be in good hands at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix Biltmore location. Plus the area has a lot to offer. Lovely stay"

"It was an eight day stay, and I needed to do laundry. There’s a total of two washers and two dryers for the entire property. The machines only take quarters versus credit cards. You have to go to the Front Desk to get quarters because there’s no coin machines next to the washing machines. However, the Front Desk will only give you quarters if you have cash. I don’t travel with cash. It was in an entire ordeal just to do one load of laundry. Homewood suites is a Hilton property, certainly down...

"Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!"
