"I arrived earlier than expected and asked if the room was ready. It wasn’t and I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. I returned about 4 an additional hour after check in. I received my room and upon entering the room I noticed a dead ant on the bed, I was unsure if it was a dirty bed sheet, mishandled bedding or unrelated but shortly after I found a trail of ants that were making their way around the room and to the bed. This led me to noticing the floors not being thoroughly cleaned was disappointing. I was given a new room but whoever handled that did not seem phased by the situation which was even more disappointing. I was disgusted in not knowing how clean anything was at that point."

"The bar top could be cleaner. The corners of the showers could be cleaner. There were several strans of hair in the shower. The toilete paper should have been replaced. It was half used. "

"It was an eight day stay, and I needed to do laundry. There’s a total of two washers and two dryers for the entire property. The machines only take quarters versus credit cards. You have to go to the Front Desk to get quarters because there’s no coin machines next to the washing machines. However, the Front Desk will only give you quarters if you have cash. I don’t travel with cash. It was in an entire ordeal just to do one load of laundry. Homewood suites is a Hilton property, certainly down market from Embassy suites, but they have credit cards attached to their washing and drying machines. You would think Embassy suites would have their act together."

"Breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very friendly staff. I will come again if I am travelling to this area again."

"The room smelled, multiple things in the room were in disrepair, and it just didn’t seem very clean. Thankfully white sheets were okay to sleep in. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Only stayed for the night because my car broke down around the corner. Would never stay at a place like this in any other circumstance."
