Man kände att sängkläderna var tvättade men vi hittade ändå några hårstrån i sängen. Det var myror i taket i badrummet och sovrummet, inget som störde oss dock. Toaletten läckte lite vatten. Maten på restaurangen var inte bra, vi fick serverad rå kyckling första kvällen och frukosten var bristfällig och torr. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, modern stuga samt bra läge, men detta...

"Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso due giorni a sestri levante e dormito una notte all'Hotel Suisse. In un hotel ad 1 stella non ci si puo aspettare il lusso, infatti i mobili sono stile anni sessanta ma la pulizia impeccabile, il letto comodissimo, il bagno grande, pulito e tutto ben funzionante. L'aria condizionata si puo attivare solo di notte ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno...di giorno siamo stati in spiaggia e se fossimo stati in camera sarebbe stata utile. "I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"The entire stay was wonderful! I would rate it better than 10!!! 100%! We had a fabulous room with balcony, very clean and were even offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival! Our breakfast was great, with local specials. The owner gave us tips and directions of where to go etc! We plan to return and recommend this location to our friends! It was so close to Cinque Terre and the ferry! Could not have asked for any better!!!!"

"DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. Ended up booking another hotel last minute."
