"Unmanned - you get code to the lockbox to access the lodges via email on the day. Nice enough place to stay for a couple of nights. Basic facilities but no complaints. Place was clean with plenty fresh towels. Curtains let through quite a bit of light which was the only downside. Would recommend"

"Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window.
