"We stayed at the Element for 6 nights, and the majority of the time the pool heater was broken. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us upon check-in. The weather was in the 80s and we have two kids, obviously we would be wanting to use the pool. "Loved this property and our stay! The townhouse was beautiful, and our boys had a blast running around. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and we really enjoyed a few relaxed breakfasts together. The coffee shop was delicious, and the staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. And of course, the cat was the highlight for my boys. "The room was kind of dark at night even if the lights are on because the walls and furnitures are dark brown. I suggest, to change the old furnitures and walls be painted with lighter colors. "

"Didnt have any hangers in the closet. Went down and asked the kid behind the counter. He said they didnt have any. Phone in the room didn't work. WIFI was spotty at best. Wife asked the kid behind the counter. He said the town only had two separate WIFIs in all of MOAB, and because they were busy, it wasn't working well. I will not use this Hotel in the future, and will not recommend it to others. "

"The breakfast menu was great. Many choices made for happy campers! Parking was a breeze and the location is great with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly and kept the property clean and inviting. I will definitely stay there next time I go to Moab!"

"This was a gem of a location for our family w two kids! Free arcade, heated outdoor pool with a slide and hot tub, fun decor, great free breakfast, really friendly and helpful staff, and walking distance to anything you need in town. Next time we head to Moab, we already know where we will stay! "
